Embarking on a Life-Changing Odyssey After another conversation with Dr. K, he agreed to become my mentor, teacher, and master. From day to week and from month to month, I noticed that everything that Dr. K. taught me gives amazing therapeutic results. The Imagotherapy session combines spirituality with psychology and cognitive science. Its principals can be explained in classical psychology as well as cognitive science and spirituality. Through this, it becomes an incredibly powerful tool for freeing from trauma, fears, phobias as well as for spiritual development and exploring the secrets of Akasha’s chronicles. At an Imagotherapy session, a person in a trance meets with different parts of his soul, starting with the High Self, through Guides, Masters, Teachers, Guardian Angels, Archangels as well as other souls who have finished their incarnation, but have decided to stay in this frequency by attaching themselves to another body. Those entities derives energy from them and manipulates them as in the case of the 8-year-old mentioned earlier in this article. It is the souls of two other people that have been attached that caused such terrible attacks of aggression and despair. During the session with Dr. K, these beings were released, and the boy freed himself from stress and nerves.I finished my studies and moved with my family to England. My name is Mateusz Bajerski and as a student of Dr. K, I have continued his practice in Southend-On-Sea, Essex.About 80% of my clients have attached to their bodies, beings or entities, which to a greater or lesser extent derive energy from their carriers and control their lives. Houses are full of the souls of their former inhabitants, unable to transit to the other side. Each of us can make contact with them and carry them to the other side. If you want to meet your higher self, accompany the beings that control your life and develop spiritually, then the Imagotherapy seance is for you. The session aims to contact your inner Masters to answer your questions. Me (Mateusz Bajerski)– My client. During the session, you will describe everything you see. You will speak loudly and clearly.-Yes (Introduction and deepening the state of trance) Do you remember your favorite place in nature?-Yes, I remember. You’re moving there. After cleansing negative emotions and energizing, you move to the place in nature where you will meet your inner Masters.– We’re there. Describe where you are, and what this place looks like.-We are separated by something like a stone. I mean, I went through something like a stone, which is supposed to cleanse me and on the other side of this stone is something like a giant laboratory, or something similar… everything is made of glass ………. but not everything, there are also columns made of such a nice green stone, a little spot for meditation. I created this place myself some time ago and I call this place my heart because if you could find it physically on my body it would be in my heart. Everything beyond this stone is my body. This stone acts like a border between mental and physical states. To get inside, I became an energy and emerged on the other side in human form. On the ground, there is the same symbol as on the border stone. … this room is round, there are four columns in it and I’m inside. There are also two people with me. What do these people look like?– One looks just like me, only more luminous. In a more spiritual sense, let’s say, something more ethereal, with light emitting from it. From its features, the light beats, and the other person is the creature responsible for this part of my body, 9that is for my heart. In every part of my body, there are “creatures” responsible for just one part of my body and they can connect, and then form, the whole body, my body. Who is the first person you described to me?– You can call him a Guide. This is my Higher Self. It’s just me in a spiritual form that tells me what and how. I’m translating this like something I do not know. This is my inner Master. Do you have external masters, apart from you?– Well, sometimes I travel around other universes, and there I meet some highly vibratory beings who sometimes teach me something, sometimes I teach them something, sometimes it happens differently. I have such various conversations with them. Do you have Spirit guides above you?– Are you asking if they are in this room? Do you have Guides, Guardians, and Angels assigned to you or other creatures that help you to get through your life?– I have a few angels that ………. I know about, I can always ask for something and they will help me. Could you ask them to appear now?– Yes. Ask them to appear.– They’re here already. Welcome, thank you for coming. Can you describe how they look?– They look like … imagine the air, the white air and it’s like it’s spinning all the time …… and it’s like the shape of a human body, it looks more or less like that. They’re wearing blue robes, in various shades of blue, and that’s basically it. Can they introduce themselves? What is their name, what are they responsible for?-One of the names came to me immediately: ARIN. And what is ARIN responsible for?– The first thing that came to me was that it was air. Does ARIN take care of you or guide you? What is your relationship?-Well. It helps me when I need it. When I ask it something, it helps me, it suggests, like the rest of them.In general, there are four of them, they are like teachers in this room. And the others? Can ARIN present them?-There is DEN. What does he represent?-Earth. And there is IRI and ORI. What are they responsible for?-IRI for water and ORI for fire. Are they a representation of the elements in your body?-Possibly…
Meditation is a unique and very simple way of giving rest to the mind in the most natural way. Nowadays, meditation is the most sought-after remedy being adopted by one and all. But it is also most misunderstood and misinterpreted method offered by numerous self-styled gurus. Kindly do not be misled by the promotions and preaching of some of these greedy people. Instead please initiate some research on your own in this regard and find out their genuinity. Also, check your suitability before joining any group of people or an organisation. Every human being has been gifted with a unique mind, great inner strength and energy which unlocks further when he begins meditating. It will guide him naturally on the journey forward. So, start meditating as soon as possible without much delay or waiting for a guru a sect. Practically, there is no need for someone’s help. It is very simple and easy to practice. How To Meditate: Sit ideal, without doing anything or thinking about anything, with your eyes closed for a few minutes every day, preferably after a bath, swim or a workout. The body and mind become fresh and are in a natural rhythm with each other after a good bath. You may either sit on a chair, on the floor with your legs crossed over or by standing still. Remember that your backbone should always be straight in any position you happen to meditate. The whole body should not be tensed but in a relaxed state with the right posture. In the earlier days of practising and learning meditation, introspection happens on its own. It is a natural phenomenon. Meditation is more effective when carried out in isolation, without any noise or activity in the vicinity. Though there are other methods of meditation also, but this is the most effective, less time-consuming and the results are far more productive and lifelong. Meditation and Introspection are interrelated to each other. Introspection means analysis of one’s own thoughts and actions with oneself in the mind on the subconscious level. When meditation is done on daily basis introspection happens for first few minutes only. Saving of useful things and deletion of discarded information happens automatically. That is the magic of our mind. When the mind becomes clear of its thoughts and worries, it paves the way for a smooth and direct journey into the unknown. This is where deep meditation begins on its own. It is a natural phenomenon. Just keep sitting ideal, without wandering and doing nothing at all. Just keep flowing and drifting away with the flow. Relax and enjoy each and every moment of this newly found bliss. This is the only way of reaching here. It cannot be initiated directly without getting rid of clutter, thoughts, ideas, worries or tensions from the mind. Meditation is a way of directing the mind on the subconscious level to gradually slow down its working processes related to our mind. By this way, we provide our minds some time to take rest and relaxation. If we can meditate every day, we can unload unimportant things from our minds on a daily basis. Though the actual duration of relaxation may vary from a few seconds to a few minutes only but still it makes a great difference. It helps in relieving numerous thoughts and worries that were blocking the mental energies to let the mind work more smoothly and efficiently. If you start practising meditation on a daily basis, you will soon feel the positive differences taking place in your life. It could be regarding your clarity in thinking, studying and learning new things. It will also greatly help in remembering and recalling information, analysis and tackling problems, interpersonal skills and relationships, etc. There is another method of meditation which is also suggested to people. In this method, you are supposed to meditate with your eyes wide open. All those people who are not able to meditate with their eyes closed are suggested this method to start meditating with their eyes open. Here, people are directed to focus on a specific object. It could either be a flame of a burning candle or a black dot on the wall. Both of these should be kept at a distance of 2-3 meters which are clearly visible to eyes. There should not be any movement or noise of any kind nearby so that a proper focus can be formed. With a little practice, it becomes easy. The main idea here is to stop engaging yourself in all other activities, sit still in a specific position and focus on an object. This method appears to be effective but here the mind is still working. Secondly, decluttering of the mind has not taken place. Initially, it seems to be working. But gradually people start losing interest as it does not show them positive results even after many days. This is quite natural. Whenever you start noticing positive results from an activity, your mind will be more inclined and motivated in pursuing it further. There are four steps to complete the meditation process: First, is to cut the connection of the mind from the daily routine life and activities for a few minutes. Second, is to declutter and get the mind rid of the discarded things which further unlocks the mental energies from getting wasted. Third, is to relax the mind and direct the renewed mental energies towards the more useful pursuits. Fourth, is to gradually cleanse, activate and energise all the seven chakras, the energy centres, of the body. In this way, the rhythm of both the body and mind start working in totality and synchronization. This further helps to repair the various mental and physical problems developed over the years. Neurological problems are found to be the most beneficial whose results can be noticed within a few days only. Since meditation is not any kind o religious activity or a ritual, hence there are no rules or regulations. But there are
The Power of Forgiveness Exploring the importance of forgiveness in our lives and relationships.
Many of us have already experienced the ways in which nighttime dreams can provide information crucial to our healing. Shamanic teacher Isa Gucciardi calls dreams “emails from the higher self.” It’s not surprising that our higher selves would find it easier to reach us at night, since we’re all processing so much stimulation (and many of us are getting so many actual emails!) during our waking lives. When we’re asleep and our rational guard is down, non-ordinary communication can reach us more easily. Still, some of us have trouble remembering our dreams, or connecting their messages with our waking lives – and few of us have developed the ability to formally consult with our higher selves in our dreams. Can you imagine how helpful it would be if you could request a dream on a particular topic, dream it in just a few minutes’ time without even having to go to sleep, and remember it perfectly? Further, can you imagine being able to use these waking dreams to request specific kinds of healing from your guides, and get more insight on any topic you choose? You can do all this and more with the tool of the shamanic journey. Although the term shamanic journey refers to a specific practice which I’ll soon describe, many people have intuitively discovered some form of “journeying” on their own. Just as you may already be in contact with your guides even without having thought of it that way, you may also have found yourself able to access healing visions. Human beings seem to come equipped with structures in consciousness that make it easy for us to receive support, insight and healing from the symbolic realm. While such experiences come more easily to most of us during meditation or with the aid of consciousness-altering plant or pharmacologic substances, some of us access them simply by intending to – or sometimes even without intending to. (My own experience being visited by guides at age four is obviously an example of a “journey” I had no conscious intention of making.) Yet people whose guides appear to them spontaneously often lack both a framework for understanding what is happening, and tools to help them take the contact further. In this case, the shamanic journey can help you better comprehend, trust, organize and make use of the non-physical support you’re already receiving. And if you haven’t previously found yourself able to access non-ordinary guidance, the shamanic journey can provide you with a safe, structured way to do so. The type of shamanic journeying that I practice and teach is based on the work of anthropologist Michael Harner, who spent many years studying indigenous healing traditions in various parts of the world. (Although the word shaman comes originally from the indigenous healing tradition of Siberia, shamanism is now used as a general term for spirit-based, non-physical forms of healing that have been practiced for millennia all over the globe.) Harner discovered that across many different times, places and cultures, very similar understandings of non-physical reality had emerged. From these diverse sources, he developed what he called core shamanism. Because core shamanism is drawn from the elements held in common by shamanic practitioners from all over the globe, it is likely that at some point in your ancestral history, your relatives practiced healing methods similar to these. Therefore, no matter what your race, ethnicity or nationality, these powerful tools are your birthright. Shamanic journeys are usually done with the accompaniment of a regular, rhythmic drum beat, which helps to induce a very slightly altered state of consciousness similar to the state of daydreaming. While listening to the drum beat, either live or recorded, you internally, imaginally “journey” to another world where you can meet with your guides and receive their help. Core shamanism describes a three-part world, consisting of an upper world, a lower world, and a middle world. Journeyers who are seeking their own healing should journey only to the upper or lower worlds, since in those two realms, only compassionate beings have ever been reported. (Experienced shamans also work in the middle world, but that’s a more advanced practice.) To travel to the upper or lower world with more ease, it helps to choose a departure point that you’ve actually visited in the physical world, ideally a place where you have felt comfortable and safe. Departure points for the upper world are usually a hill, mountain, tree or rooftop; for the lower world, the most common departure points are a cave, hollowed-out tree trunk, or body of water. Generally, you will use the same departure points each time you journey. Once you are a seasoned journeyer, the process of getting to the upper or lower world may become streamlined or instantaneous, but as a beginner, it’s advisable to go step by step. If you are journeying on your own, many recordings of shamanic journey drumming are available online. While listening to the drumming, simply close your eyes and bring yourself to your departure point in your mind, while holding and re-stating to yourself a clear intention for the journey. For instance, if this is your first journey, your intention might be, “I’m going to the upper [or lower] world to meet a higher-consciousness guide, a compassionate being who has only my highest good as their sole intent.” You can journey to the upper and lower worlds in separate journeys, in order to make contact with guides in each world; or, you can simply pick departure points for each world, and then see which world you feel more strongly drawn to in any given journey. The upper and lower worlds are both completely compassionate, trustworthy non-physical realms, although they are dimensionally different in ways each journeyer must discover for herself. As you wait at your departure point and reaffirm your intention, a way will generally emerge for you to travel into the upper or lower world. For instance, you might find yourself flying, swimming, crawling, running, walking, floating, or
