2. IMPORTANT MEDICAL & MENTAL HEALTH DISCLAIMER
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING A SESSION OR USING ANY HYPNOSIS AUDIO MATERIALS:
- Complementary Practice – Not Medical Care: Hypnotherapy is a complementary, educational, and self-development modality designed to support relaxation, mindset transformation, emotional balance, and personal growth. Hypnotherapy is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, medical diagnosis, psychiatric care, or clinical treatment.
- No Medical Diagnosis or Prescription: Mateusz Bajerski is a qualified hypnotherapist and cognitive scientist, not a medical doctor (GP), psychiatrist, or clinical medical practitioner. We do not diagnose medical or psychiatric conditions, prescribe or alter medications, or provide emergency mental health crisis intervention.
- Consultation with Your GP / Medical Doctor:

- You must never stop, reduce, or alter any prescribed medication or medical treatment without first consulting your General Practitioner (GP), psychiatrist, or qualified healthcare provider.
- If you are currently under the care of a psychiatrist, psychologist, or medical specialist, or if you have a diagnosed medical condition, you are responsible for consulting your doctor before commencing hypnotherapy.
- Emergency Notice: Our online practice does not provide crisis or emergency support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of self-harm, please contact NHS 111, your local GP, 999 (in the UK), or the Samaritans (

Audio recordings must only be listened to in a safe, quiet environment while sitting or lying down comfortably.
